Come out and celebrate our 173rd birthday at Monterey's Old Fisherman's Wharf! Cake Cutting ceremony at 3:30 pm Sunday. with FREE bthday cake, photo ops with a Princess, strolling stilt walker, face painters from 1:30 -3:30 pm, prize drawings and specials provided by Wharf merchants. To commemorate Bouchard's 1818 occupation of Monterey, you're invited to come in pirate costumes and take "selfies" with pirate statues at Pirates Cove on the Wharf. Enjoy great music by The Money Band from 1 pm - 4 pm. Local favorite David Marzetti is Master of Ceremonies. Free one-hour Wharf Walk with historian Tim Thomas at 1 pm and 2 pm. Great cooking demo by Chef Tene Shake. More details to come!
